DUE TO COVID-19 NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED!


CUSTOMERS WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO STORE CREDIT WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY!


To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a store credit, you can contact us via email walkingclosetshop@gmail.com . If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a store credit coupon , as well as instructions on how to use the store credit on the website . Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. 

Store credits can't be used  with future discounts it will be used separately

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
